Calendar (Google/Outlook Calendar): Read and write calendar events to manage scheduling, reminders, and meetings.
Files (Google Drive/OneDrive): Read and write files necessary to create, update, or retrieve documents related to your workflow automations.
We only access the minimum data required to deliver these functionalities and never use this data for advertising or unrelated analytics.

4. AI Data Processing

These providers act as processors under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Storage: All data, including that retrieved via integrations, is securely stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) servers in the Asia region.
Retention:
Active accounts: Data retained while the account remains active.
Inactive accounts: Data anonymized or deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
Billing records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations.
Users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data (including connected integrations) at any time by contacting legal@implifyai.com.

Improve user experience through analytics.

Implify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Similarly, data received from Microsoft Graph is handled in compliance with Microsoft’s privacy and API data handling guidelines.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure — including encryption, access controls, and periodic audits.
